01 — INTRODUCTION

Introduction

EUDA.ICA ("EUDAICA", "we", "us") is an independent wealth advisory firm. This policy describes how we collect, use, protect and otherwise handle personal data in the context of our services and our website at eudaica.com.

We treat the confidentiality of client information as a foundational obligation. The provisions below apply to current clients, prospective clients, professional counterparties and visitors to our website.

02 — DATA WE COLLECT

Data we collect

Depending on the relationship, we may collect: identity and contact details; family and beneficial-ownership information; financial situation, holdings and source-of-wealth documentation; tax residency and identification numbers; communications and meeting records; and technical data when you use our portal (IP address, device, session logs).

03 — HOW WE USE DATA

How we use data

We use personal data to: provide and administer our advisory services; meet legal obligations (KYC, AML, tax reporting); maintain the security and integrity of our systems; and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling.

04 — LEGAL BASES

Legal bases

Processing rests on: performance of an advisory mandate; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to wealth advisors and to FINMA-supervised activities; our legitimate interests in operating the firm safely; and, where required, your explicit consent.

05 — SHARING & TRANSFERS

Sharing & transfers

We share information with selected service providers (custodian banks, auditors, legal counsel, technology providers) bound by confidentiality, and with regulators or judicial authorities when legally compelled. International transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions).

06 — RETENTION

Retention

Client records are retained for the duration of the relationship and for the period thereafter required by Swiss law and applicable regulations — typically ten years for client onboarding and transaction records.

07 — YOUR RIGHTS

Your rights

  • Access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Deletion, subject to our retention obligations
  • Restriction of processing in defined circumstances
  • Portability of data you have provided
  • Objection to processing on legitimate-interest grounds

08 — SECURITY

Security

We maintain organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data — encryption in transit and at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access, segregated environments and audited security operations.

09 — COOKIES

The public website uses a minimal set of cookies required to operate the site and to measure aggregate visitor patterns. The client portal uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies are placed.
